Tomas Krejčí the founder of the company, has participated in the production of several feature films as well as TV series Hidden Olympics (dir. Alfredo Peyretti), Drona (dir. Goldie Behl), Anne Frank – The Whole Story (dir. Robert Dornhelm, 2 Emmy awards + 9 nominations, 3 nominations Golden Globe awards), Children of Dune (dir. Greg Yaitnes, Emmy award + 3 nominations), Blade II – Bloodlust (dir. Guillermo del Toro), Dune (dir. John Harrison, 2 Emmy awards + 1 nomination), Blow (dir. Ted Demme), King of Texas (dir. Uldrich Edel), and The Lost Empire (dir. Peter MacDonald).


Radomír Dočekal joined the company as a partner in 2010, has participated in the production of Hidden Olympics (dir. Alfredo Peyretti). In his previous job as General Manager and CEO of the famous Barrandov Studios, he handled many feature film and TV productions and was personally involved in the development and production of Czech and international feature films, including: The Adventures of Pinocchio (dir. Steve Barron), The Clock Tower (dir. Omer Kavur), Lea (dir. Ivan Fila), The Bed (dir. Oskar Reif), It’s Necessary to Kill Sekal (dir. Vladimir Michálek), The Barber of Siberia (dir. Nikita Michalkov), Little Otik (dir. Jan Švankmajer), The Devil Knows Why (dir. Roman Vávra), One Hand Can’t Clap (dir. David Ondříček), Želary (dir. Ondřej Trojan, Academy Award nomination for Best Foreign Language Film), Champions (dir. Marek Najbrt), and Lunacy (dir. Jan Švankmajer). Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Czech Producers Association.


Michael Appel an award winning television commercial producer. Produced commercials for prominent companies such as Apple, SC Johnson, Audi, Kaiser Permanente, Nike, American Express, Budweiser, Lexus, Nissan, BMW, Mercedes, MasterCard, and Kodak.  Built and managed highly successful production teams that have been recognized with numerous honors including the Cannes Film Festival Palme d’Or, CLIO awards, Belding awards, and The One Show awards. Michael has also spent part of his career working in film production and was the Associate Producer for Flashpoint, a feature film produced by HBO Films. Possesses extensive experience in international production and sales. Member of DGA, PGA and WGA signatore.

John Venturini has been a Hollywood based producer working in China for the past 12 years. He has co-produced a successful series of primetime Chinese television dramas that filmed in both US and China, for media giants CCTV and Beijing television. John has also produced and managed feature film projects on the ground in China, and has a deep understanding of cultural business practices.


Alessio Spinelli since 1999 he worked in Rome as director’s assistant on feature films such as The Tiger and the Snow by Roberto Benigni, Five Moon Plaza by R. Martinelli , The Core by J. Amiel, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou by W. Anderson and I, Don Giovanni by C. Saura.

In 2007 he moved to Prague for love! and worked in production department for feature Czech film Bestiar by I. Pavlaskova, American movie Hellboy II by G. Del Toro and Italian TV-movie David Copperfield by A. Lo Giudice.

He met Milk and Honey people in 2009 and liked them so much he began his job as a producer in that very year: since then he took care of several Italian TV-movies and feature films like Zodiaco 2 - The Lost Book by T. Zangardi, Hidden Olympics by A. Peyretti and The Other Way debut feature film by A. Garilli.

Hedvika Dočekalová has just finished studies at the Production Department of the Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague and Screenwriting at the New York Film Academy. She produced tens of international and Czech short films during her studies – such as On the Grey Background (NYU), The Sweet But Also Bitter Balad, The Thorns (NYU), The Room (Award Winning Short Film at FamuFest), 5 Months and 3 Days, The Life Ahead of Me (FreshFilmFest selection) and many others. She works as a Head of Development.
